The situation
Omocom is a peer-to-peer insurance platform. By the time I was called in, internal politics had escalated to the point where day-to-day operations were threatened.
Each side had real grievances. None of them could see a path forward without losing face.
The work
Met every main shareholder one-on-one to understand the underlying interests behind the public positions.
Drafted a mediation framework all parties could engage with.
Facilitated the conversations until a workable agreement was on the table.
Outcome
Deadlock broken, the company kept operating, and the founders were able to focus on the business again.
