The situation

Wide Narrow was a B2B SaaS in the market intelligence space. Strong product, but the company needed structural work before it could scale or be sold.

    Restructured the internal organisation and implemented OKRs across all functions.

    Defined company vision, mission and operating cadence.

  • 03

    Set up a Delaware holding structure in preparation for US fundraising.

  • 04

    When inbound acquisition interest arrived, ran the process to close.

Outcome

Sold in March 2023 for $15,000,000 to Infodesk and Cuadrilla Capital — a 4.5× ARR multiple.
